Volunteer Commitment

Information about volunteer roles and commitment can be found HERE. All families with swimmers MUST fulfill volunteer roles at swim meets. You must register for your shifts before the start of the season or your child will not be allowed to swim in meets until you are signed up. If you have not fulfilled your volunteer requirement at the end of the season, your child will not be able to register the following season.

If you unable to fulfill your volunteer role due to illness or scheduling conflict, contact other parents on the team to switch or cover shifts. The fine for no-showing to a volunteer role is $175.

Event Entries

We do our best to honor swimmer event requests, but the team may need your swimmer to compete in events outside their preferred choices. Relay and IM opportunities are limited, and not every swimmer who wants those events will be able to swim them. Final entries are at the discretion and team managers.

Parents should only communicate event preferences through the Swimtopia comment box. Parents approaching coaches during practice about meet events is not permitted.
